I would be careful about Missingno but one thing you can do is teach him fly and have a flying Kangeskhan which would shock most and most probably would ask you how did you teach Kangeskhan fly? But I just wanted to mention that Missingno also has two Sky attack moves and two watergun moves which is weird as other Pokemon can only learn only one move of each type not two identical moves of each which is weird just to say.
Also I have one other question is it true that other Missingnos with different crys can evolve into other Pokemon besides Kangeskhan? To tell you the truth Missingno is by far the scariest thing in Pokemon history no I should say in video gaming history! I got to the stage in the game where I came across Zapdos. I got Zapdos down to the red health and threw Ultra Balls at it. I threw at least 20 Ultra Balls and they all missed Zapdos.
